I hold a Bachelor of Education degree with specialized majors in English, Geography, and History. I furthered my education by earning a Master of Education in Educational Management from Mahidol University in Thailand. Through their varied experiences, I have developed interpersonal and collaborative skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with students in their learning. I am an educator with a diverse background in teaching and teacher training. My career began as an English teacher at a Government Education High School, followed by a language instructor position at an international school. Subsequently, my career transitioned to a role as a teacher educator at one of the government Education Colleges in Myanmar, where I was responsible for developing student learning and providing pedagogical knowledge and skills to both pre-service and in-service teachers. This includes a focus on ensuring student success on examinations and creating opportunities for novice teachers to learn from best practices, analyze their own teaching, and engage in reflective practice.
